Idolatry is a sin.
So the idolatrous rapture that Liberals in the NC General Assembly experience any time they get a chance to stomp on the rights provided to our state’s citizens by the 2nd Amendment of the United States Constitution and Article I Section 30 of North Carolina’s Constitution is concerning at more than one level.
Most recently, 18 of those liberals in the State Senate opposed legislation allowing concealed carry permit holders to bring their guns with them to churches that meet on private school campuses.
Fortunately, CPR’s recent statewide poll shows these liberal legislators probably won’t have to await St. Peter’s judgment on this issue. North Carolina voters, who overwhelmingly support this effort to protect their gun rights, are likely to render their judgment first – at the ballot box in November 2022.
