We hear the federal government will always pay at least 90% of the cost of ObamaCare’s Medicaid expansion. But what if they pay less? Will we have to put even more of our education budget at risk by spending even more than the 3 billion state dollars we need for Medicaid expansion already and pay more if Washington backs out on their commitment?

The Supreme Court is considering whether doctors, hospitals and other Medicaid providers can sue states if the providers don’t think states are paying high enough Medicaid reimbursements.

If the medical industry can sue for more money -so far they can according to lower courts -imagine how full the courts will be suing North Carolina if we don’t come up with more money to make up the difference if Washington reneges on paying 90% of ObamaCare’s Medicaid expansion.
